**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Create innovative job descriptions, maintain social media sites and develop a presence on professional networking sites and various online job boards.
- Produce and monitor reports, identifying recruitment results and trends and proposing solutions to difficult hiring needs.
- Research innovative approaches for continual improvement across the recruiting function by maintaining knowledge on industry trends and legislation.
- Partner with the HR Team and Hiring Managers to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective high volume and high quality search process.
- Execute creative and innovative sourcing strategies, attend job fairs, open houses, networking events and assist with advertising and branding efforts.
- Assists in strategic workforce planning as required for project start-up.
- Partner with team members & internal stakeholders to obtain best practice outcomes.

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong experience and understanding of recruiting in Australia; Global a plus
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, psychology or a related field
- Passion for the field of recruiting and the strategic importance it plays within an organization
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, executing with excellence at all times
- Strong problem solving skills (independent thinking, decision making, good judgement)
