We have an exciting opportunity for a **Product / Technical Trainer** to join our Siemens Mobility team, based in either **Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth**. The Training team provides competency-based training relating to a wide range of Siemens railway signalling systems and products to our staff and customers around Australia and surrounding countries.

**Your Role - Impactful, Meaningful and Future-Oriented**

In this role, you will:

- Conduct product training courses and assessment activities for employees and customers within the railway industry.
- Develop relevant and up-to-date course content and internal training courses in line with the ongoing needs of the business and configure these as online and self-paced where possible.
- Assist in identifying training needs and opportunities and recommend suitable methods to address skills and knowledge gap through a training plan and training needs analysis.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive technical knowledge of Siemens Mobility systems & products through research, study and internal/external training courses.
- Continually review training and assessment techniques to ensure these reflect current technology and learning trends and in order to maximise their effectiveness and impact.
- Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) course records

**Shape the future of mobility with your qualifications and skills.**
- Cert IV Training - TAE40116 or ability to attain as a minimum.
- You are an experienced Trainer, or alternatively rail professionals with an interest to progress into a training role.
- Experience in conducting training needs analysis and risk-based training needs analysis.
- Experience in developing training and assessments aligned with VET & ASQA standards.
- An expert in arranging and delivering technical training courses to technicians and engineers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and your ability to build sound working relationships internally and externally with ensure success in the role.
