This is a key role within the Technology department leading all of development both onshore and offshore, with an added function managing Customer Systems and the technology of Customer Processes. The role will optimize our development costs while delivering enhanced efficiency in software development as well as building a sustainable customer orientated technology layer to manage the customer and user lifecycle. The role liaises closely with CL Asia technology leaders, CL Asia product leaders, and the US CoreLogic corporate systems teams. This role will bring together the different parts that will enable a seamless solution in the real estate process.
**Job Description**:
You’re recognized as a strong leader in the Engineering and Real-Estate space possessing deep knowledge in software engineering, build & run best practices, as well as broad business acumen. Leading multiple engineering teams to build a high-quality, cohesive, and coherent ecosystem, is second nature, and you always deliver on time.
Real estate is a pillar of the CoreLogic business, and this role is the single point of accountability for all real-estate engineering, including quality, and operational excellence. Forming a close partnership with the head real-estate business lead is critical to success. As is building trust using your expert communication and stakeholder management skills to unite all parts of real-estate engineering.

You keep your finger on the pulse of what’s happening in the digital technology landscape, with one eye on emerging technologies and their business potential. - An ability to prioritise between engineering solutions that scale, and meeting short-term business needs.
What will you be doing?
- Build and maintain multiple high-performance software engineering teams.
- Accountability for delivery, quality, and operational excellence across the real-estate ecosystem.
- Partner with the business, and work with engineering teams, to define goals and develop engineering roadmaps to achieve them.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing and practising good engineering practices and habits.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business.
- Provide leadership, training and mentoring to technology leaders and software engineers.
- Supporting the business with M&A strategies and post-acquisition integration.
- Driving efficiency and effectiveness across the business.
Job Qualifications:
- Previous experience as Head of Engineering (or equivalent) or 5 years in a leadership position.
- Strong experience leading teams to build reliable software solutions, at scale, to solve customer problems and meet business needs.
- Business literate and able to translate technical needs into business language.
- Experience building engineering roadmaps and balancing business needs with technology needs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and leadership.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to dig deep and do what’s required to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
