We have a great opportunity to lead TechnologyOne’s Organisational Effectiveness stream to deliver world-class, strategically aligned leadership, learning, development and social impact initiatives.

**What you’ll be doing...**

As a key part of our People & Culture division, the Head of Organisational Effectiveness will enable a strategically aligned and integrated people lifecycle, drive advocacy and achievement orientated teams and build our leadership and technical bench depth and talent pipeline.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working with the Executive, business leaders and P&C Business Partners to identify strategic business needs and lead the design, development and delivery of high-impact learning programs to the agreed program agenda
- Designing, developing and delivering programs to strengthen TechnologyOne's culture, including establishment of a culture of leadership, accountability, customer service advocacy and innovation
- Providing strategic direction to support the instructional design and development of internally or externally developed learning solutions
- Spearheading and facilitating leadership and cultural change program
- Driving the strategy and overseeing the end-to end operation of TechnologyOne’s Foundation
- Guiding the Learning and Leadership Team to deliver impactful learning which is targeted to achievement, career development and core competencies

**What you’ll need...**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development/Design, Organisational Psychology or similar discipline
- 10 years + experience in Organisational Development and Organisational design or demonstrated relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of people related strategies
- Expertise in managing learning projects, instructional design, facilitation, training techniques and tools
- Demonstrated experience in Executive and Senior Management level coaching
