2. Position Summary

The Software Engineer will be responsible for full-stack software development, technical architecture implementation, and integrating AI-driven automation features. The role requires expertise in web and mobile applications, backend infrastructure, databases, and AI/automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing scalable, high-quality software systems, leading development teams, and translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.

3. Key Responsibilities Software Development & Architecture (50%)

• Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using PHP, Yii2, , AngularJS, and Python.
• Implement backend infrastructure, databases, and messaging systems, including MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Develop AI-driven features using LLMs, LangChain, AI Agents, and AIGC integration to enhance automation and user experience.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, technical specifications, and software quality processes.

Project Management & Team Leadership (25%)

• Lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance on technical design, resource allocation, and project scheduling.
• Manage full software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Conduct risk assessments, cost control, and quality assurance across concurrent projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Client Solutions (15%)

• Collaborate with product managers, AI researchers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable software architecture.
• Support client adoption of AI-powered and automated solutions, providing troubleshooting and technical guidance.

Continuous Innovation & Professional Development (10%)

• Stay current with emerging technologies, AI platforms, and best practices in full-stack development.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, automation tools, and infrastructure optimizations.

4. Key Selection Criteria Essential Criteria:

• 10+ years of experience in software development and ICT project management.
• Strong programming skills in PHP, C/C++, Java, Python, and Golang.
• Expertise in web frameworks (Yii2, , AngularJS, uni-app) and frontend/backend integration.
• Proficiency in database management and messaging systems (MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience in AI/automation integration (LLMs, LangChain, AI Agents, AIGC).
• Ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and deliver high-quality software on time.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; PMP certification is preferred.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience with cross-platform and multi-site enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of AI-powered business automation and SaaS platforms.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, mapping systems, or high-performance computing solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
