Australian Urology Associates is a well regarded specialist urology practice based in Malvern. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a medical administrator to join our team.

This is a full-time role worked over 4 week days (8:00am - 6:00pm).

**Responsibilities include**:

- Appointment bookings and electronic records management
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, referring doctors and other stakeholders
- Detailed preparation and running of consulting
- Procedure bookings/coordination of theatre lists
- Liaising with hospitals and other health services
- Inpatient billings via Eclipse
- Medicare and DVA claims
- Patient recalls
- Debtor follow-up
- General office duties

You will ideally be a receptionist, secretary or administrator, with experience in a medical practice or similar.

**You will need to have**:

- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to assist patients
- Strong computer literacy (Genie experience an advantage)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanour
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
