Technology Risk Controls Manager

As our **Technology Risk Controls Manager** reporting to the General Manager Controls, you will lead the design and implementation of technology risk controls for the Group, with a strong emphasis on influencing the controls culture, and participate in the development of in-house property capability through enabling clear 1st line framework.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will lead the team and play a pivotal role in the development and execution of programs that enhances our Group Controls department capability whilst meeting regulatory and governance requirements.

**A few of your responsibilities**

- Support the effectiveness and efficacy of the property technology controls library and register, with continual uplift, and adherence to regulatory expectations (state and federal)
- Enable business leaders and control owners by reviewing and revising controls within the control’s library and register
- Support with the design, delivery, and management of the property controls library and register, enabling business leaders and control owners in the use of the control register
- Guide business leaders to identify, assess, and manage risks in line with risk management framework, policies, ICMs and SOPs and the control standard

**What we are looking for**
- Technology expertise with operational risk management and controls
- Experience in advising and delivering solutions on control suitability for processes, including control design, implementation, and ongoing management
- Experience in risk operations control as a Risk or Compliance Senior Manager within a large, complex, highly regulated organisation
- Ability to interpret data and information and provide key insights
- Extensive knowledge of a range of industry cyber security standards including NIST, Essential 8, ISO27000 and PCI DSS

This role demands a seasoned professional with a comprehensive understanding of technology coupled with operational risk management and controls expertise.

Your risk expertise will allow you to lead a program of work with the business to uplift our specific controls, while collaborating with stakeholders across the business to understand end to end process.
