**ABOUT CTM**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Credit Controller role is a crucial role in CTM's finance team, join a supportive, large and fun finance team.

The role while not limited to, the role requires efficient, timely and accurate overall control over all CTM Debtors, which includes credit checks, issuing and reconciling of statements, collection of client debts owing and maintenance of Debtor Ledgers for all CTM databases.

The successful person will possess good written and oral communication skills, have a keen eye for detail, an ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision, will require good time management skills and the ability to process large volumes of transactions and the ability to work with all operational teams.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assistance to the Credit Manager and other areas of the finance department as required.
- Ensure funds received are accurately receipted and allocated against relevant invoices.
- Liaise with clients to ensure credits on the account are taken up against invoices owing.
- Maintenance of Debtor Ledgers for accuracy, reporting and risk mitigation purposes.
- Responsible for reviewing Debtor process for continuous improvement and engaging key stakeholders for feedback.
- High level of customer service and Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Working in a high-volume environment won’t phase you -you like to stay busy

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- At least 2 years of experience and skills relevant to collections
- Previous travel industry experience not essential but will be considered an advantage
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Good communication and proactive problem-solving skills
- Accurate data entry and numeracy skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised with good time management and a great attitude
