**About the Role**:
We are seeking Control Room Operators who are available to work a 24/7 rotating roster. Previous experience is not required, but intermediate to advanced computer skills are advantageous. This role is ideal for someone who is an analytical thinker, has great problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, and can handle pressure effectively. A strong commitment to learning and growing within the role is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, direct, and coordinate small to medium-sized teams, including managing responses to incidents and emergencies.
- Prepare and deliver shift operational briefs and brief staff.
- Operate and manage control room technical systems and equipment, including handling complex data entry.
- Monitor and observe through surveillance systems, including CCTV.
- Handle alarm activations promptly.
- Manage access control systems.
- Maintain data and security records, including communication logs and detailed reports.
- Manage and distribute security operational equipment.

**Skills and Experience**:

- NSW 1A Security Licence.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Strong willingness and commitment to learn and develop in the role.
- Customer service experience.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional personal presentation.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- White Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Traffic Control and Implement Traffic Management Plan certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Fire Warden certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Full NSW Driver’s Licence.
- Working With Children Check.

Pay: $35.00 - $36.00 per hour
