**The Role**:
As a Security Control Room Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring safety and smooth coordination across sites. Your responsibilities include:

- **Real-Time Monitoring**: Watch over Sydney’s premier locations using advanced CCTV systems, ensuring security protocols are met.
- **Alarm Response**: Act promptly to investigate and resolve alarm triggers with professionalism.
- **Emergency Coordination**: Support team responses during critical incidents, ensuring everyone remains informed and tasks are executed seamlessly.
- **Access Control**: Manage authorisation systems to safeguard restricted areas.
- **Report Management**: Create and maintain detailed incident reports, communication logs, and operational briefs.
- **Operational Equipment**: Ensure the security tools and resources are ready and functional for all operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can multitask under pressure, and has a passion for delivering top-tier security services.

**About You**:
We’re seeking individuals who:

- Hold a valid **NSW 1A Security Licence** (minimum 12 months).
- Have some experience in a **control room environment** (3-6 months).
- Bring **excellent communication** and problem-solving skills.
- Are committed to working a **24/7 rotating roster**.
