We are currently looking for experienced, motivated and passionate candidates to join our team in the capacity of  Control Room Operator.

The ideal candidate for this positions must be able to build excellent rapport with clients and have an impressive ability to communicate. About the role

Reporting into the Supervisor and the Client Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers & patrons as well as protect our clients assets.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Overseeing and monitoring surveillance cameras, alarms, and other security systems
  • Responding to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Implementing and monitoring access control systems.
  • Managing visitors and contractors.
  • Enforcing client security policies and procedures.
  • Protecting physical assets, such as buildings, equipment, and inventory etc.
  • Conducting regular security patrols and inspections.
  • Coordinating responses to incidents and emergencies.
  • Assisting with Concierge Services.

Skills and experience

To be considered for placement you will need to have the following skills/traits:

  • Proven experience as control room operator.
  • Fully qualified and Licensed for Security Operations in NSW.
  • Control Room Operator capacity on the Security License is a must.
  • Current First Aid Certification.
  • Current Police Check no older than three months.
  • Proven spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Have access to reliable transport.
  • Have the passion and drive to succeed.
  • Highly focused working within a team environment.
  • Flexible to the ever changing needs of the industry.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Desire to advance and upskill.
