**Who are we looking for?**

Challenger Security is seeking a qualified and experienced full time Control Room Security Officer who is career focused and determined to join a business with excellent opportunities for training and promotion.

**What will you be doing?**
- Monitor CCTV
- Effectively coordinating a response to incidents
- Working in a composed and sensitive manner, providing advise and resolutions to suit the situation whilst maintaining vigilance over the Clients' staff, visitors and assets
- Provide detailed information to senior management on potential and actual threats to the business
- Managing access control
- Work as a team with other security officers

**What you will need to apply?**

For this role, you will need:

- Current Security Licence - 1ACE
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Police Check (Less than 60 days old)
- Previous experience in CCTV/Control Room (preferred)
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- Strong interpersonal communication and report-writing skills
- Be physically fit and able to perform the duties required
- A confident and welcoming attitude with high level observation skills
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
