About the Role:

Fortitude Protective Services is currently seeking an experienced Security Controller to join our team in the Sydney CBD. This is a rotating 4/ 3 roster with alternating day and night shifts, offering consistency and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and operate security control systems and CCTV
  • Manage access control systems and respond to alarms
  • Coordinate emergency responses and incident reporting
  • Maintain accurate logs and communicate effectively with on-site teams and emergency services
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment across designated premises

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Security Controller in a control room environment
  • Strong understanding of access control and CCTV systems
  • Current NSW Security Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Excellent communication and situational awareness
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
