We are seeking a Team Leader Project Delivery to join our Customer Services Division, Development Services team.

**The Opportunity**
As the Team Leader Project Delivery you will lead the Project Delivery Team in all functions to ensure design and construction compliance is achieved during the asset creation life-cycle, minimising asset life-cycles costs, and meet external customer expectations of time, cost and quality.
**What you'll do**:
- Provide leadership to actively support timely progress and quality outcomes, building capability and capacity, to improve customer experience and promote ease-of-doing business in all dealings
- Ensure all activities are undertaken effectively and efficiently with the safety of our people as the number one priority, always role modelling safe behaviours.
- Promote continuous improvement mindset, collaboration and strategic alignment of core functions, objectives, KPIs and KRAs to division and corporate strategic outlook.
- Provide mature engineering advice, commercial, legal and HR/IR input, sensitive to the needs of our organisation and customers.
**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Essential Criteria**:
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- Extensive design and/or construction experience, familiar with industry practices, standards and quality processes in the water industry.
- Familiar with safety management systems, asset quality systems and managing performance to achieve the ongoing desired quality standards.
- Leadership experience of technical teams, preferably in a frontline customer service environment.
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, problem solving and negotiation.
***Desirable Criteria**:
- WSAA Water & Sewer Designer Accreditation.
- Understanding of the Developer Works certification system, documentation, process maps, accountability and responsibilities of parties, checklists and compliance certificates.
