Role Overview:

We are seeking a professional to oversee project deliverables and operations, coordinating technical disciplines and project activities.

Responsibilities will include providing onsite support services, technical advice on construction projects, planning and coordination of works, equipment, and personnel.

The successful candidate will work on various projects including cladding replacement, heritage building refurbishment, and general building projects valued between $5 million and $10 million.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite support services and technical support on construction projects.
  • Plan and coordinate works, subcontractor, equipment, and personnel
  • Provide technical advice to personnel regarding design, construction, program modification or repairs
  • Compile and create QA/QC documentation
  • Compile Variations
  • Program and schedule works
  • Quantity take-offs
  • Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
Requirements:
  • Extensive on-ground project delivery experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Desirable)
  • Project delivery skills, including budgeting and coordinating works
  • Client facing with a strong commercial skillset
  • Able to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Self-managing while working well in a team environment
  • Proven problem-solving ability and can 'think outside the box'
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
