**Your new role**

As our Warehouse Team Leader, your main objective will be to plan, develop, implement, and support operational and service strategies to ensure the on-time delivery of our products and services. You'll be responsible for training, motivating, and developing a performance-based culture within your team to drive success.

Knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures

- Conduct daily meetings with your team to ensure targets Supervise and support daily warehouse activities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage stock movements and provide information for database updates
- Book transport and process orders for dispatch
- Oversee stock receipting and assist with reconciliations
- Develop clear processes and procedures for the team
- Assist with stock and inventory management and recording
- Train and develop staff to prioritize customer satisfaction
- Create a work environment aligned with our company mission
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
