The Opportunity

In line with our growth and to support recently awarded projects and panel agreements, we are currently recruiting for a site based Project Coordinator to provide project and general administrative support to the Project Team.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will be working on the landmark Golden Plains project which will be the largest windfarm in the southern hemisphere. Based on site, you will support the Project Team (including Project Managers and Construction Managers) with a variety of tasks including:
Organise and coordinate maintenance, cleaning, deliveries and supplies levels for the site
Purchase order preparation and tracking
Coordinate and organise travel arrangements and vehicles for site employees
General document control
Provide general project administrative support

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
Good knowledge of project administration, or experience within an administrative role within construction or utilities
Understanding of time/ cost/ quality targets
Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to liaise with Project Manager, suppliers and subcontractors
Willingness to be based on site on a 11-3 roster
Current drivers’ licence
