**Accountabilities include**:

- Work collaboratively with the functional leads for operational safety, safety assurance, and management systems as part of the CSB WHS Delivery Model.
- Build and maintain relationships with safety professionals, operational staff, and managers across CSB and TMR to achieve positive outcomes for the division and for TMR.
- Provide specialist input to the development of safety management system content.
- Actively contribute to the effectiveness of psychosocial risk management content and practices through the identification and development of innovative solutions to reduce the risk of occupational related injuries and illnesses.
- Develop and implement methods of program and risk management evaluation and analysis to support internal reporting processes and effectiveness assessments.
- Provide specialist advice to operational teams for the effective implementation of psychosocial risk management practices to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Develop, deliver and evaluate education and training on psychosocial risk management programs for management, delivery and operational teams, including road maintenance and construction crews.
- Assist in the investigation of psychosocial related incidents including producing reports, conducting reviews of technical information arising out of incidents, and developing recommendations for improvement.
- Undertake a range of internal professional capability and maturity building activities for employees such as mentoring, and involvement in audits, notifications, complaints and projects.
- Provide specialist input to the development of programs targeting internal and external stakeholders which raise awareness psychosocial risk factors and other areas associated with workplace mental health.
- Represent TMR in internal and external forums to provide professional, scientific and technical advice on psychosocial matters.
- Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination and workplace health and safety.
