**Your day as a Talent Advisor**

Your typical day-to-day work will include delivering contemporary and customer-focused talent acquisition solution services.
You will support the ongoing development of best practice talent policies, programs, tools, reporting and governance in keeping with ongoing organisational needs and strategic plans. Some of the duties include:

- Partnering with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to provide expert advice for positions within Treasury and ensure outcomes are delivered on time within budget.
- Providing end-to-end executive recruitment services within NSW Treasury, from initial job brief stage to final onboarding stage, keeping with both the GSE act and best practice guidelines.
- Providing expert advice to managers on fit-for-purpose talent acquisition strategies to close capability gaps and support informed selection choices in keeping with the organisation's employee value proposition.

**What you can bring to the role**

In this integral role there are a few things we would like for you to have to best support yourself and add value to the people of NSW.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and selection processes and procedures
- Broad understanding of recruitment legislation fundamentals and talent acquisition best practices, including an awareness of the NSW Government Sector Employment Regulation (GSE Act 2013)
- Demonstrated solid working experience and skills with HR systems and/or recruitment management systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communications skills
- Initiative, self-reliance, and the ability to work independently and as a team player working without close supervision in a high-volume environment with competing priorities
