**Description**:
We are looking for an junior Release Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance team.

As a Release Coordinator at NextGen, you will be responsible for ensuring that we only release code which meets our quality standards You'll be someone who embodies our values Balance, Collaboration, Discovery, Respect and Integrity.

**A day in the life might be something like this**:

- Management of the master monthly release spreadsheet.
- Liaise with project teams to ensure releases are prepared in a timely fashion for deployment by the Change Control team.
- Review Jira versions for completeness at the end of each sprint cycle.
- Update Jira (our Confluence development tool) to ensure it accurately reflects current release status.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders including Development and Change Control teams, and customers.

But note, this list isn’t exhaustive and we want you to bring your skills to the role and work with our Release Manager to make the role yours.

**The ideal profile were looking for might be something like this**:

- Well developed communication and organisational skills
- Experience working with spreadsheets and formulas (google sheets, excel, etc)
- Prior administrative and/or coordination support to software development teams (or similar project based teams)
- Demonstrated process improvement capability
