This Financial Services company is looking for a data-centric and tech-savvy HRIS Specialist to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is growing year on year and financially stable where you will be able to make contributions and feel valued. You will be reporting to the Systems and Reporting Manager and your key responsibilities will include;
- Producing P&C people data reports on a monthly and ad hoc basis;
- Owning the HRIS data input and employee information updates;
- First point of contact for HRIS enquiries, providing outstanding customer service to employees;
- Assisting with HRIS system support and troubleshooting via admin access;
- Project work such as system implementations and upgrades

To be considered for this role, we ask you to have;
- Previous exposure to multiple HR systems;
- Strong HR advisory skills & highly detail-orientated;
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables;
- Passion for systems or technology;
- Excellent communication skills.
