**Your Role**

With a new HRIS implementation on the horizon, the People & Capability team are looking for an HRIS Implementation Specialist to take the reigns of this project. With Elmo as their chosen system, this role will be responsible for the system’s entire implementation suited to the organisation’s needs, starting from needs analysis, development of operating procedures and training material, data integration, testing, monitoring, rollout and post-rollout assessment.
