**What You Will Be Doing**
- The HRIS Analyst is a newly created, 9 month contract role and is responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of two SuccessFactors modules. If you love solving problems and utilising your analytical skills, this is a chance to play a key role in improving how our HRIS system works.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Assist in the end-to-end implementation of LMS and Performance Management modules, including requirement gathering, system configuration, and testing.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional system designs.
- Support project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Configure and maintain LMS and Performance Management modules in line with business needs.

- Provide technical assistance during the implementation phase, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement during and post-implementation.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to ensure the system aligns with organisational goals.

**What Type of Person Will Be Successful**
**These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess**:
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations including LMS and Performance Management
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is an advantage
