**The Role**

At Clyde & Co, the role of **HRIS Implementation Specialist** will work as part of our global (process) design team on the implementation of a new HRIS (Workday) in APAC. This is an exciting role which will involve participating in the design phase and local testing for the implementation of our new HRIS.

Understanding the full employee life cycle, you will have hands-on experience and insight into HR processes and workflows, and ideally (but not essential) experience in systems implementation. Your process mindset, agility and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively with all relevant internal stakeholders to identify and translate local process requirements to enable the design and implementation of a best-in-class HRIS.

**Key areas of focus**:

- Support the g lobal (process) design team in workstream management ensuring local APAC HR requirements are incorporated in the design of a new global HRIS system
- Support the deployment of a new HRIS (Workday) in APAC, which will include the implementation of new self-service tools and end-to-end processes
- Prepare data and testing resources / new processes
- Review and provide feedback on design requirements and configuration, ensuring the new system is fit for purpose for local requirements
- Assist with the development and localisation of training materials as required
- Support the change management process and associated activities to support stakeholder engagement and to ensure business as usual is maintained during the transition
- Act as a point of contact and a champion for the process and project; managing stakeholders in alignment with the overall change management strategy. ?

Located in Sydney and nestled alongside the HR team, **the duration of this contract is for a maximum term period of 10 Months**. This role sits within our Transformation function (located in London) and reports to our HR Manager, Australia. As this role is working with our global (process) design team it is important you work seamlessly, collaboratively, and closely with global and regional colleagues with different time zones on this project.

- Insight and experience into/using HR processes and workflows for all stages in the employee life cycle
- Experience in systems implementation and design (desriable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work with cross-cultural teams
