
Administration Officer/receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer / Receptionist for our Aged Care Facility.
As an Administrative Officer / Receptionist you will use your skills to:
- be the first point of contact for all visitors’ enquiries;
- provide high-quality customer service when greeting persons in person and over the phone;
- ensure the administration area is professionally maintained and visitors are dealt with proficiently and to the utmost standards ensuring the organisation’s reputation is maintained at all times;
- provide general administrative support such as photocopying, document collation, typing, scheduling meetings;
- operate and utilise the advanced functions of software packages to produce documents, reports, letters, publications, and worksheets;
- coordinate document and data control, both hardcopy and softcopy, including the archiving.
**To be considered for this role, you will have**:
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Packages, with an intermediate to advanced level of Word Processing and Excel Database.
- Experience in an administration role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience liaising with a broad range of persons.
- Strong customer service focus.
- High level of organisational skill and time management.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and respectfully and collegially in a team environment.
- Ability to use a range of office equipment including telephone system, fax machine, photocopier etc.
- Commitment to, and willingness to participate in, continuing training and education related to the area of employment.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- A current and valid NDIS worker screening check
