We’re on the lookout for a Team Coordinator to support our Buying team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy keeping things organized, and love collaborating with a dynamic team, keep reading

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Be the heartbeat of the Buying team, keeping everything organized and on track.
- Ensure all pre-sale checks are completed, from recall checks to service history, making the process seamless for our buyers.
- Keep track of keys, log books, and car accessories, ensuring everything is stored safely and ready for action.
- Foster great communication by being the go-to person for scheduling and updates within the team.
- Dive into data entry, verifying vehicle info with precision and ensuring everything is up to date.
- Offer a helping hand to the wider team, delivering top-notch customer service whenever needed.

- You bring previous experience in administration or coordination within a fast-paced environment.
- You have solid customer service skills and a customer-first mentality, always looking for the right solution.
- You’re self-motivated and thrive both independently and as part of a team.
- You’re adaptable and comfortable switching between tasks while maintaining a high attention to detail.
- You’re tech-savvy, experienced with various systems, and eager to learn new ones.
- You’re flexible and open to taking on different responsibilities as needed.
