**What you’ll be doing**:
As our Team Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the IS team, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing essential administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the IS Onboarding process for new acquisitions, ensuring a seamless integration.
- Managing and assigning escalations within the IS team, driving efficient resolution.
- Creating and processing Purchase Orders (POs).
- Maintaining accurate records and generating reports using SharePoint.
- Managing purchasing activities for the team.
- Scheduling meetings and organizing engaging team events.
- Overseeing License Management processes.
- Contributing to Asset Management, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.
- Assisting with audits and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Receiving and coordinating incoming and outgoing package deliveries.

We are seeking positive, proactive, and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy tackling challenges. You should be someone who is flexible, creative, and adept at prioritizing various requests in a dynamic setting.

**Ideally, you will tick most (if not all) of the following boxes**:

- Previous work experience in the information service field or as a coordinator for a large global team.
- Proven experience in an administration role within a fast-paced service department (IS background is a significant plus).
- Prior experience in asset management responsibilities, including audits and documentation.
