**Geosyntec** has an exciting opportunity for a junior Team Coordinator to join their Sydney office and be responsible for a range of Finance and Administration tasks.
- Key responsibilities:_
- **Accounts administration**: Handling accounts receivable and payable tasks, as well as the invoicing cycle
- **Expense management**: Assisting senior staff members with expense reconciliation and compiling expense reports
- **Administrative support**: Setting up suppliers, managing IT setup for new staff, updating CV and document templates, and coordinating office supplies inventory
- **Project assistance**: Providing support to the technical team with project tasks
- **Event coordination**: coordinating conferences and internal office events. Handling event payments, obtaining quotes, and liaising with internal and external teams.

- About your skills & experience:_
- Currently studying or recently finished a degree, or possess relevant industry experience.
- Previous experience in a similar roles highly regarded but not essential.
- Display a proactive attitude, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn.
- Possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills for effective verbal and written interactions with various stakeholders.
