The role Due to significant growth, we are looking for an additional person to further support the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Coordinator/ Administrator to join a friendly supportive team where your contribution will be highly valued. We are currently looking for a self-motivated, highly organised, and reliable individual to work closely with the Project Manager in the execution of construction flooring projects. This is a role with lots of variety and is responsible for orchestrating job-specific scheduling and workflow, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Some relevant/transferable experience, administration within the construction industry is well regarded
- A high level of attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills
- Previous experience in efficient forecasting and scheduling
- An ability to develop administrative procedures
