**The role**

We’re looking for a Talent Attraction Consultant or Recruiter, to join the internal Talent Attarction team at Bureau Veritas. Reporting into the Talent Attraction Manager, we would like to think you will be:

- Delivering end to end talent acquisition across our service lines in Western Australia
- Focusing on connecting with people. We’re going to take out as much administration as possible so you can spend time on tasks that deliver the greatest outcomes
- Yep, we use SEEK and LinkedIn and a Database. But like you, we know that building your networks will add the most value to our business.

If you can find outcomes that extend beyond a typical recruitment process, we are all for it

You will have the opportunity to work both from home and in our office in Canning Vale; you’ll know when your presence is required and where you can add value.

**What’s needed?**
- Previous experience in a similar role, either an agency or internal background - we’re not fussed; what’s most important to us is the individual and personal values you bring
- You may be an experienced Recruiter looking for something more challenging or an experienced administrator or coordinator ready to take the next step
- A passion for talent acquisition and a desire to be at the forefront of the industry
