**About the Opportunity**

Due to continued growth, Serco is seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Consultant to drive all end-to-end recruitment activity for Acacia Prison in Wooroloo. With a diverse portfolio consisting of specialist, technical and non-technical roles, this is a unique opportunity to grow your career and make an impact. If you have a background in healthcare experience, this would be highly advantageous but not a priority.

This position sits within the wider Justice & Immigration TA team based in SA & in NSW. Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to do on-site visits minimum twice per week to build relationships with key business leaders and stakeholders.

**What you’ll be doing**

You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance as required by the specific requirements of your roles. In the role of TA Consultant, you will support the TA Lead with strategic initiatives, process improvements, and overall team support.

**About you - Your ideal skills & experience**
- Proven recruitment experience either in-house or agency
- Healthcare knowledge and/ or experience would be highly regarded
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, juggle multiple priorities and large volume of roles - Prior experience using SuccessFactors and LiveHire would be desirable
- Exceptional stakeholder management and customer service skills
- Understanding of wider resourcing related areas including but not limited to talent insights and metrics, branding, diversity, talent mobility, social media, and workforce planning
- This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes a Federal police check as an essential selection component for this role._
