**About the role**
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the management of the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for positions in an allocated portfolio of Group divisions. The position will also support the implementation of the initiatives to achieve the Talent Acquisition Strategy.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Overall responsibility for the management of the end-to-end process of recruitment for an allocated portfolio of Group divisions.
- Ensure all organisational roles have up to date and current job descriptions, roles have been formally evaluated and position complement is maintained within approved budget.
- Contribute to the review of recruitment policies, procedures and processes to ensure they remain fit for purpose and are legislatively compliant, contemporary and cost effective.
- Support the implementation of the initiatives to achieve the Talent Acquisition Strategy.
- Provide back-up support to other Talent Acquisition Partners during peak periods as required.
The position can be based at our head office in Perth and will be eligible for hybrid working arrangements.
**What will you bring?**
- Significant experience in a high-volume recruitment position(s) in an internal recruitment team and/or recruitment agency.
- Experience recruiting Information Technology and Transformation positions in financial services is highly desirable.
- Experience successfully using proactive sourcing/search strategies.
- A consultative approach with strong relationship building and influencing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of open recruitment requisitions, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure delivery on time and budget.
- Proficiency using recruitment systems e.g. Job Adder, ER21 (Frontier Software recruitment module) and ONB21 (Frontier Software onboarding module).
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
