**Talent Acquisition Manager**

Reporting to the Group GM Talent Acquisition, this role is responsible for leading a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants to deliver end to end recruitment outcomes across Gaming and Resorts portfolios.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage and lead the Recruitment team
- Manage individual performance of the team aligned to the TA metrics and agreed KPO’s
- Provide development and recruitment expertise and resolve any disciplinary matters
- Ensure collaboration across all properties to ensure consistency of recruitment
- Ensure recruitment delivery governance is managed against process, policy, and compliance
- Ensure the team manage the process with the user experience top of mind
- Instil a proactive approach to talent attraction
- Manage onboarding and training for new starters
- Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships with key stakeholders
- Continually enhance the profile and reputation of the Talent Acquisition Function
- Provide education and guidance on the TA Operating Model
- Key point of escalation for issue resolution regarding TA activities
- Implement any changes or new iniatives into the direct team and ensure Stakeholders are updated on changes
- Champion and ensure data integrity of all systems and process related to recruitment
- Expert on the end-to-end TA model to promote and advocate to Crown
- Keep up to date with changes to legislation or Crown policies that will impact selection process

**What you need**:

- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a Management or Human Resources related discipline highly desirable
- Solid recruitment experience in an operational leadership capacity or within a Talent Acquisition function
- Previous leadership experience in larger teams
- Experience in recruitment and HRIS systems is highly desirable
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment profession
