We are currently looking for an experienced **Corporate Food and Beverage Team Leader** who will lead and support the day-to-day operations at HSBC located in Barangaroo. This role will see you managing a small and very professional team based on our client floor, oversight of our meeting rooms, boardroom events & functions, while working closely with management and key stakeholders. Proven welcoming and polished first-class customer service, with a one team approach will set you up for success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide and oversee a high-level food and beverage service during the daily operations
- Set up and pack down of meeting rooms, ensuring they are ready for service prior to conferences or events, including VIP board room lunches, breakfasts, morning or afternoon teas, lunches, cocktail parties and dinners.
- Supervising and leading the team of food and beverage attendants in all areas such as; operations, training & development, etc.

- Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be a part of a fast-paced dynamic team
- Passion for food & beverage service and guest engagement
- A hands-on approach with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent client service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times
- General food and wine knowledge, as well as knowledge of silver service
- Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
- Flexible in working hours Monday to Friday
