**Your day to day might include**:

- Providing a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients
- Following established procedures and registration with regard to both expected and unexpected arrivals
- Booking meeting rooms and facilitating booking updates as required
- Managing and documenting client feedback

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experienced in a comparable reception/client service environment
- Excellent communication skills with impeccable personal presentation
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering platinum service
- Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
- Current COVID Vaccinations are a mandatory requirement for this role
