**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of corporate consultants, fostering performance and morale
- Ensuring seamless delivery of high-volume domestic and international travel itineraries for key corporate clients
- Handling escalations and guiding consultants through fare construction, ticketing, and complex multi-leg itineraries
- Driving excellence across systems (Amadeus preferred) and workflow tools (Tramada experience a bonus)
- Liaising with senior management on operational improvements and client strategies
- Upholding a **white-glove service ethos** across every interaction

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum **2 years in a Corporate Travel Team Leader role**:

- Minimum **5 years in corporate travel consulting**, with proven success managing high-volume and fast-paced accounts
- Strong proficiency in Amadeus GDS (preferred)
- Knowledge of Tramada is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client relationship skills
- A genuine passion for leadership and delivering exceptional client experiences

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
