**Your new company**

Your new organisation is a well-known property group located in the heart of CBD. They have been shaping Australia’s urban landscape for many years now. They are currently looking for a professional and well presented Corporate receptionist to provide an excellent service delivery by building an excellent relationship (partnership) with all internal and external clients.

**Your new role**

As a Corporate Receptionist you would be responsible for the following duties:

- Answer incoming calls and attend to enquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner directing enquiries to the relevant person/department.
- Effectively manage the space and allow more personalised engagement with visitors and staff.
- Liaise with appropriate stakeholders to ensure that all the requirements for events and setting up meeting rooms are managed efficiently
- Build positive relationships with staff and provide best service to all the stakeholders
- Assist with visitor check-in as required, visitor escort requirement, staff induction and emergency procedures to be able to direct others in the event of a safety concern, eg fire drill.
- Work with Client Experience Supervisor, Operations and Digital team and catering staff to ensure smooth operation of meetings and events. Proactively identify and act to address any foreseeable issues.
- Work with AV support and Digital to develop troubleshooting capability and understanding of AV systems to support staff where possible
- Liaise with Café/Caterers to ensure catering is appropriate and timely and room are cleared as soon as possible.
- Work with Operations team to maximise the availability of rooms and coordinate events, providing direction and support to EAs, PAs and event bookers.
- Proactively seek ways to improve efficiency and experience of corporate hospitality/reception operations and event management
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in customer service/ front of the house roles with large corporates
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent self-presentation and a calm, professional and mature attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in relation to corporate information.
- The ability to prioritise and use initiative
- Work effectively in a team and independently
