Our client is a software development company headquartered in Melbourne with 550 employees across 10 countries. They are seeking a Program Manager to provide support, guidance and direction to their project managers, so that they can deliver projects on time, on budget with a superior customer experience.

This role will lead a team of project managers and coordinators, they will also work closely with the General Manager of Delivery.

This is a great opportunity for an energetic, motivated, hard-working, and fun project manager to step up in their career and lead a team.

The scope of work requires strong PM capabilities with proven stakeholder engagement and management skills with a customer service mindset. The ability to help resolve potential conflicts and meet delivery expectations is essential.

**_Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:_**
- Managing the day-to-day progress of projects throughout their life cycle.
- Provide day to day management, support and development to project managers.
- Collaborate with the delivery management team to manage workload of the project managers.
- Planning the overall program and monitoring progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects.
- Managing the program budget.
- Managing the risks and issues that arise, as well as devising mitigation responses.
- Coordinating the projects within the program and managing their interdependencies.
- Managing the resources across the various projects.
- Managing stakeholders.
- Providing status reports to program sponsors and stakeholders.
- Lead planning sessions for project plans and scheduling development.
