About the Role
This position will play a pivotal role in delivery Bapcor’s IT strategy across key segments of the business, leading a team of project specialists to deliver key project outcomes within agreed timelines.
Strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to Bapcor’s strategic objectives as well as technology and customer-related projects, enhancements and improvements.
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
Working collaboratively with key stakeholders, develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and timing for projects.
Develop and manage and be accountable for budgets against established business objectives.
Work with other Program Managers to identify and resolve program and project level risk, issues and dependencies.
Monitoring key program indicators and responsible for regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders on program and projects.
About you
You will have excellent project management skills and proven experience successfully managing large programs.
A natural leader with excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise workloads across multiple programs of work in both an agile and traditional environment.
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Technology, Business or related field.
PMI PMBOK/PMP or Prince 2 or Agile Certification will be highly regarded.
