**About the role**:
Reporting to the Manager Customer Projects and working as a collaborative functional unit with Field Services, Customer Delivery peers and other key UE/external Stakeholders, the purpose of the role is to manage the operational component of the customer initiated capital (CIC) program with support from the Manager Customer Projects.

**What you’ll deliver**:

- Establish and manage the controls, performance objectives and budget constraints relating to the safe and efficient delivery of customer initiated capital works program on time, within cost and to quality of works standards expected
- Provide leadership and direction with optimisation of customer initiated capital works delivery and reporting requirements
- Be an advocate for connecting customers and promote the implementation of key customer engagement processes
- Be a Subject Matter Expert and contact point for the business, service provider and external customers where required
- Develop and maintain strong networks and relationships between key stakeholders and within business units and work streams
- Support Manager Customer Projects with NSA Service Provider’s customer initiated capital works pricing templates
- Manage service providers’ customer delivery contracts, ensuring quality and compliance to program KPI’s, Safety in Design, Customer Service KPI’s and Electricity Networks consolidated audit.

**To succeed in the role you’ll have**:

- Technical / Tertiary Qualifications in a related discipline or significant operational experience in the electricity utility sector
- Practical experience in customer service delivery
- Practical experience in negotiating customer offers (including design, project management policies and procedures)
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and project management principles
- Experience in power distribution programs and project delivery
- Experience in managing customer escalations and complaints
- Understanding of power distribution capital and CIC program
