- 256113As the Service Desk Analyst, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the Energy Made Easy (EME) and Consumer Data Right (CDR) capabilities for the client. You will work closely with the Service Management provider and the existing project delivery team to support the management of production systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the Managed Services engagement and ensuring incidents are resolved in a prioritized manner, which may require some technical analysis.
- Testing resolved incidents before production deployment.
- Monitoring external factors that may impact the EME and CDR capabilities, such as changes to Consumer Data Standards/Consultations.
- Providing support to the project team with ad hoc requests related to data insights, stakeholder engagement, and analysis activities pertaining to EME.
- Assisting with overall project support and serving as the Program Board secretariat.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential criteria:
- Highly developed analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Desirable criteria for this role include:
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Experience with Confluence.
- Experience with JIRA Service Management.
