**Join Our Team As a Content Coordinator**

We are currently seeking a Content Coordinator to join the Kayo Sports team. Reporting to the Content Operations Manager and working closely with the Kayo Content leads, this role is responsible for cataloguing, planning, and communications around all upcoming content on the Kayo platform.
- Stay across the event calendar, so Kayo’s systems are ready to take in new content from live channel partners, third parties and video on demand systems
- Prepare and maintain an ongoing strategy of adding content to databases, including addition and removal of content based on rights windows and business rules
- Prepare imagery and homepage surfacing strategies for new content, and to the Editorial team around premiere times, curation notes and opportunities to promote
- Play a role in the planning and development of short-form content to utilise rights made available to Kayo

**Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For**
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing media content on an enterprise level CMS
- Experience with content systems such as Landmark & ScheduAll
- Proficient data entry and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- You have a keen interest in sports media and OTT products
- A self-starter who is happy to work proactively, both autonomously and in a team.
- Passionate, organised, process oriented, can multi-task, and can work to tight deadlines
- You are willing to challenge the status quo to come up with fresh ideas and processes
