**Job Description**:
Currently reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the development, execution and measurement of all offline day-to-day brand and return point Local Area Marketing for TOMRA’s network of Reverse Vending Machines in NSW. This position will also play a pivotal role in on-going stakeholder management with key external bodies. The main duties of this role include:

- Assisting with the launch of new TOMRA sites from a marketing perspective, including operational signage, marketing signage and all related consumer communications
- Supporting the NSW Marketing/Communications planning, development, execution, and reporting process across ATL and BTL media plus OOH, PR, print, exhibitions and events
- The coordination of design, artwork, print and installation of all site signage
- Maintaining on-going relationships with media, creative and PR agencies
- Creating copy for brochures/print collateral, press releases, plus input to website content
- Collaboration with stakeholders and the Marketing Director to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and approval to all material by the scheme coordinator
- Working with the Marketing Director on annual market research and analysis to evaluate and track trends, TOMRA’s brand awareness and competitor analysis

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years relevant marketing experience in OFFLINE consumer B2C marketing
- A genuine, unmistakable passion for the environment and sustainability
- Experience working with predominantly offline marketing channels & techniques
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A positive and collaborative team player
- Previous experience with a multi-site retail-style business would be ideal for this role
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (marketing or communications) essential
