**Project Governance Coordinator**

**Location**: Artarmon

**12 Month Fixed Term Contract**

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional eager to leverage your project governance or coordination experience? Join our Technology & Operations team as a Project Governance Coordinator

In this role, you’ll ensure key project tools like SmartSheet, JIRA, and Confluence operate seamlessly while providing critical support to the Portfolio Management Office. You will also play a key role in supporting Agile Framework governance and managing resource allocation processes across the portfolio.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
+ Act as the expert for project tools (SmartSheet, JIRA, Confluence), troubleshooting issues and managing vendor relationships

+ Provide training to new team members on system tools and handle new hire onboarding.

+ Maintain and update portfolio content in Confluence, ensuring all documentation aligns with our processes.

+ Support Agile Framework governance and manage resource allocation accuracy across projects.

+ Create and maintain framework documentation, templates, and quick-reference guides to streamline processes.

+ Coordinate portfolio services inbox, actioning items efficiently.

+ Assist with implementing best practices for portfolio management and project delivery.

**What We’re Looking For**:
+ Prior experience in a similar role within Portfolio Coordination/Support/PMO, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

+ Expertise with project management software tools, particularly SmartSheet, JIRA, and Confluence, with the ability to train and support others in their use.

+ Strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, build relationships, and deliver solutions while staying team-oriented and results-driven.

+ Demonstrated adaptability and ability to work effectively under pressure, juggling multiple tasks and deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.

+ Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of project management processes, tools, performance measurement, and metrics.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft tools including MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

+ A flexible, proactive approach to managing tasks and working environments, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
