**About the Role**

As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll execute campaigns targeting the construction industry and play a key role in bid coordination. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll manage content, support bids, and help boost our brand presence at industry events.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
- Coordinate and contribute to bid preparation and submissions, ensuring all materials align with brand messaging and industry standards.
- Create targeted content, such as case studies, project showcases, and proposals.
- Ensure brand consistency and credibility in construction marketing materials.
- Track and analyze campaign and bid success, optimizing for future efforts.
- Research market trends and assist with event planning and client engagement.

**What You’ll Bring**
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within building/construction.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing, digital channels, and bid coordination.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media, and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Professional Qualifications in Marketing or related field (preferred).

Pay: $85,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
