They’re looking for someone to join their team of under 10 who can work closely with the MD and Operations Manager to create efficiencies, make a positive impact on the business, and represent the voice of the company.

- Mastering the Directors’ diaries and reminders
- Handling client enquiries like a pro
- Coordinating office supplies and contractors
- General admin and EA tasks
- Organise interstate travel and itineraries
- Assist with internal and external event planning when required

- Previous corporate administration experience is favourable
