Permanent Finance and HR Officer opportunity within North Brisbane.

Hays has partnered with a well-established, global company who is currently seeking a Finance and HR Officer.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will add value to the organisation through providing professional, accurate, confidential, and efficient finance and HR services while meeting statutory obligations. Your main duties in this role will include,
- Processing payroll
- Awards interpretations
- Recruitment
- Processes and procedures
- HR administration
- General HR issues
- Managing complaints

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Full function payroll experience
- Understanding of payroll legislation and ability to interpret agreements and awards
- Strong attention to detail
- HR experience
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to prioritise tasks and utilise effective organisational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
