**Office manager**
We are recruiting an Office Manager who will be responsible for the general operation of our office. This role is essential of our day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial and administrative functions. Starting as a casual role with up to 38 hours per week and transitioning into a full time role after 3 months, based on performance.
The successful office manager is an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and support-related tasks and able to work autonomously with little or no supervision. Well organised, flexible, excellent communication and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting a business of diverse people.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day office activities & scheduling
- Assist with financial tasks, including accounts receivable, and invoice processing.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Scheduling of jobs and organising of schedules & site visits.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation, including employee files, financial records, process & procedure development, and inventory management.
- Management of complaints & dispute resolution.
- Proactively coordinate marketing activities when requested, including managing social media accounts, drafting and publishing engaging content, and monitoring online presence.

- Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at once
- Forward-thinking attitude and ability to present and implement new procedures
- Being able to manage expectations and priorities and communicate with relevant team members
- Experience in developing internal systems
