This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience in managing work schedules and various administrative duties.

**Location**: In Office - Seventeen Mile Rocks, Brisbane, Australia

**Hours**: Part-time, 20 hours per week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organise work schedules for trade employees & estimators. Coordinating with customers to ensure efficient allocation of company resources and retain high client satisfaction.
- Handle incoming call enquiries and/or direct them appropriately.
- Organise and schedule meetings, events, and other company activities.
- Additional adhoc duties as required by your department manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, particularly in scheduling and calendar management.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Competency in MS Office, Google Suite with either experience or ability to quickly learn ServiceM8 and other software platforms utilised by the company.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
