**About the Role**

The City of Ryde is a modern local government organization with over 500 employees delivering vital community services. Your primary focus will be to provide recruitment advice and support, working closely with stakeholders to design effective hiring strategies that align with business needs.

**About You**

You have demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment and leading end-to-end campaigns, supported by a strong knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and an innovative approach. You have showcased strong organisational skills and communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders and the attraction of top talent to achieve successful hiring outcomes.

In addition, you will also have:

- Demonstrated talent acquisition experience in leading recruitment campaigns.
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Knowledge of contemporary attraction and recruitment practices and an innovative approach to recruitment activities.
- Ability to manage communications across different levels of the organisation including senior leadership team.
- High level attention to detail and effective time management to meet business and stakeholder requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address recruitment challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
- Proven ability to take initiative, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality when handling tasks.

Your annual salary will be up to **$101,876.91 + Superannuation,**dependent on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will get an annual salary increment effective the first pay period of the financial year.
